Hello, LA!

I'm thrilled to be in LA for five days now, and it's been a whirlwind of activity! Within 24 hours I was working with a commercial agent, and within 48 hours I had already been on my first audition (Wendy's was looking for a young Woody Allen type - how's that for timing). I'm working with the commercial department of DDO Artists Agency, the LA counterpart to my legit agent in NYC. I love these guys.

I've also found people in the industry are really friendly and helpful here. Friends of friends have already asked for headshots and resumes to hand to the casting folks on two different episodics. Things happen fast in LA!

I'm waiting to hear what's happening with Profane Language, the indie that is shooting down in Miami. Things went on hold the week I was supposed to fly down. Let's hope they pick back up where they left off. In the meantime, there are lots of things to do and people to meet out here in LA!
